Tiny flyer problem for the Socks

With the utmost apologies to theatres and venues who are waiting for their flyers for the new Scottish Falsetto Socks touring show, here's an interesting new hiccup...

The flyers on the left are what we were looking for, A5 flyers (that's the one from the Autumn tour) and the ones on the left are what arrived. You can probably see from the photo what is even more striking in real life - they're tiny! The latest batch of 10,000 flyers, with the new Spring Tour dates on the back, have been shrunk to half the intended size. And it was only when Hev was packaging them up to send out and I spoke to her on the phone from the other side of the country that she happened to mention she quite liked the new dinky flyers and what a good idea they were. Only they weren't, and I'm not sure any venues will be able to display them.

Luckily the printers immediately admitted it was their mistake and a new print run is on its way. So I have the intended batch, plus a Variety-pack collection of postcard-sized baby flyers, to use as an added bonus should I see fit. Meanwhile those venues who should be holding their A5 flyers now are twiddling their thumbs waiting, so sorry again.

Friday night in Leicester's nearly sold out, and last night's headline slot in Cardiff was a corker. And those tour dates and Edinburgh Preview shows keep mounting up, see below and spread the word.
