But frankly you can say what you like & spell it how you will, we have five stars.
Five stars which, if you're looking online, appear as part of the scotsman.com website, branded with the Scotsman logo, which could lead us, were we overly churlish and eager, to start claiming that we'd earned the coveted gold standard of 5 Stars The Scotsman. (We haven't. Yet.)
